Paul Posillico

President


Paul has been an active real estate investor and developer for more than 20 years. He is the founder and managing principal of P7 Development LLC, a full-service real estate development and property management firm serving accredited investors, while specializing in land-use planning, up-zoning, and the creation of high-quality rental apartment communities and national retail tenant sites across Long Island.


At P7 Development, Paul oversees the firm’s portfolio and leads all aspects of day-to-day operations, including financial and operational management, investment analysis, project budgeting, financing, and investor relations.



Prior to entering the real estate industry, Paul gained extensive experience in heavy construction as a partner and Chief Financial Officer at Posillico, Inc., one of the Tri-State area’s leading construction contractors with annual project revenues exceeding $200 million. During his tenure, he also helped advance Posillico’s real estate development division, which delivered multiple residential projects. Paul continues to collaborate with Posillico on select development ventures.

Paul earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University.

Dan Simone

VP of Development and Construction


Dan is the Vice President of Development and Construction at P7 Development, where he is leads project management, development, and construction management throughout the entire project life cycle - from initial design and approvals to the completion of construction. Before joining P7 in 2022, Dan served as Vice President at AVR Realty for more than 24 years. During his time there, he managed a diverse portfolio of large-scale residential and commercial developments, gaining extensive experience in acquisitions, due diligence, environmental permitting, and contract negotiation.

Alyse Larkin

Administrative Manager


Alyse Larkin is our Administrative Manager at P7 Development and has been working in real estate for over 20 years. She is responsible for maintaining company records, communication with tenants and investors, and working with our project approval process. She collaborates closely with our attorneys, engineers, various Towns and Villages and employees to help take our projects from inception to completion. Alyse also assists in managing our properties, staff, and day-to-day office operations.

Chrissy Therien

Controller


Chrissy is the controller for P7 Development and it's affiliated companies. Chrissy is responsible for maintaining all books and records for the company and communication with our accountants, Grassi & Co. Prior to joining our team Chrissy was controller at Posillico, Inc. for seven years as well as an accountant for Grassi & Co.
